1 Member Eligibility

Ar66 services are open only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. ar66 reserves the right to request written proof to verify each requirement at any time during your membership.

• You must be aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be an individual registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not prohibited by local or international law from using online gambling services.
• You are not currently on a self-exclusion list or self-suspension programme of any gambling platform.
• You must register only one account only at ar66. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.

2 Account Registration

The ar66 account registration process is designed to be simple and quick, but you are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date at all times.

2.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, phone number, active email address and other required details. It is your responsibility to ensure all this information reflects your true identity. ar66 will not be held liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or false registration information.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

AR66 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security and industry guideline compliance. You may be asked to submit identity verification documents such as a copy of your national ID, passport, or supporting financial documents. Withdrawals exceeding certain limits require full KYC completion. This process is typically completed within one to two business days upon receipt of complete documentation.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one ar66 account. This includes accounts registered using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses or payment methods. Duplicate accounts that are discovered will be merged or terminated, and any bonuses or winnings accumulated through those duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

AR66 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia to facilitate your deposit and withdrawal transactions. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Daily maximum limits depend on your account level and KYC verification status. VIP players enjoy higher withdrawal limits and priority processing.

3.3 Processing Timeframes

Deposits are typically credited to your AR66 account within 1–5 minutes after verification by the bank or payment provider. Withdrawals are processed by the ar66 finance team within 1–4 hours on business days, and no longer than 24 hours in any case. ar66 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus granted by ar66 carries specific wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount a set number of times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. ar66's standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 30x depending on the bonus type. 4.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a set validity period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Unused bonuses or those whose wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period will expire automatically. Claiming a bonus is considered acceptance of all its bonus terms.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

AR66 has an automated detection system to identify bonus abuse. Abuse includes opening multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses, using betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any form of bonus system manipulation. AR66 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is confirmed, and may terminate the account in question.

5 Game Rules

All games offered on the ar66 platform are run using software from licensed providers that have been independently audited. The Random Number Generator (RNG) used has been certified to produce truly random and fair outcomes for all players.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, AR66 will attempt to restore the game to its original state. If restoration is not possible, any bets involved in the disruption will be returned to the player's account. Results that were fully settled prior to the disruption are final and cannot be disputed.

Players are responsible for understanding the specific rules of each game before playing. Rule information, RTP rates and betting limits are available within each game's interface. ar66 will not be held liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the game rules.

6 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. AR66 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.

Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. AR66 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact AR66 support immediately and change your password.

7 Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the ar66 platform:

• Using bots, automated scripts or any third-party tools to play or gain an unfair advantage.
• Extorting, threatening or harassing other players or ar66 staff.
• Spreading false or misleading information about ar66 on our platform or on any other platform.
• Transferring funds between ar66 accounts using unauthorised methods.
• Exploiting technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the ar66 system. Any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through the AR66 platform.
• Sharing your account with or allowing another individual to use your account.

AR66 operates a continuous monitoring team to detect suspicious activity. Any breach of these provisions may result in account suspension or termination without notice, along with forfeiture of all related account balances and winnings.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

AR66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, particularly under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Fraudulent activity, attempted money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the player through the responsible gaming programme.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or court orders.

If your account is suspended for investigation purposes, ar66 will notify you within a reasonable timeframe. During the suspension period, you will be unable to access your account, make deposits, play or withdraw funds. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated with all fund balances intact. If a violation is confirmed, the termination decision is final.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ar66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use ar66 services. This includes but is not limited to financial losses from gaming, technical disruptions, unauthorised account access or information errors.

AR66 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance through official AR66 communication channels. For unexpected outages, AR66 will work to restore service as quickly as possible.

10 Terms Amendments and Applicable Law

AR66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Continued use of the ar66 platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any amendments, you must stop using the ar66 platform and contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through channels designated by ar66. ar66 reserves the right to select the appropriate jurisdiction for resolving any dispute.
